This association oversees both large urban operators and smaller municipal enterprises, representing the country’s entire water supply and wastewater treatment sector. Its mission is the modernization and sustainable development of Ukrainian water infrastructure, the promotion of reforms and integration into European standards, and the strengthening of the country's stability and resilience through the development of water services.

From Memorandum to Realization: A Strategic Partnership for Infrastructure Recovery

The signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation at the end of October 2025 at the Czech Embassy in Kyiv marked a fundamental milestone for Czech participation in the reconstruction of the war-torn country's critical infrastructure. The project is also part of the Czech Republic’s development cooperation, supported by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the CzechTrade agency. Therefore, Czech involvement is not merely commercial but also strategic, carrying a significant developmental and humanitarian dimension.
Following the signing of the memorandum, technical and certification conditions will be established to allow the installation of the first devices. The agreement has been concluded for a three-year period and includes not only the installations themselves but also professional training for Ukrainian workers.

Cleaner Water Without Chemicals: Innovative Solutions for Aging Water Networks

Drinking water quality in Ukraine represents a long-term challenge that has worsened significantly in recent years. Local water networks are decades old, and their maintenance is extremely costly because the water must be kept clean using large quantities of chemicals.
The solution to this problem is the HIPPOTRON®device—an innovative technology that removes excess gases, scale, and impurities from water systems. This fundamentally reduces the need for chemicals in pipe maintenance, resulting in water that is cleaner and healthier, and infrastructure that is more resilient.

Investment with Impact: Economic Growth and Future Infrastructure

Investing in the Ukrainian Water Utilities project represents a unique combination of economic appreciation and social benefit. The HIPPOTRON® technology has over fifteen years of successful deployment and is now gaining space for expansion into a new, highly promising market.
The project’s goal is to help maintain functional basic services in Ukraine, without which people could not return to affected areas. The project thus contributes significantly to the restoration of critical infrastructure necessary for stabilizing life in the region.

Appreciation with a Mission: Attractive Returns Linked to Real Impact

Investors in the Ukrainian Water Utilities project can look forward to an attractive yield and a short, one-year investment horizon with quarterly interest payments. At the same time, they are participating in a project with genuine social significance—helping to ensure access to drinking water for millions of people and supporting the stabilization of a war-torn country.
This mission aims to deliver technological solutions that make sense economically, ecologically, and humanly. The cooperation with Kyiv’s Vodokanal proves that Czech know-how can play a key role in the reconstruction of Europe and that a responsible investment can be both profitable and beneficial.
