At the Kateřinky Ice Arena, we first tested the HIPPOTRON ICE mobile
device during May and June 2026 to verify its benefits in real-world operation.
The test results exceeded our expectations.
Compared to the same period last year, we achieved electricity cost savings of approximately 28,000 CZK over two months. At the same time, we observed higher ice quality and faster drying after resurfacing, which has a positive impact on the day-to-day operations of the ice rink. of our ice rinks. The installation itself was quick and hassle-free, and the equipment
has been operating reliably since it was put into service.
